MSA DEFENDERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to the MSA Defenders website. By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, registering for an activity, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

This website provides information about MSA Defenders programs, sports, events, community initiatives, merchandise, sponsorship opportunities, and related services. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or the rights of others.

PARENTS, GUARDIANS, AND MINORS

This website is intended primarily for parents, legal guardians, adult participants, volunteers, sponsors, and community members. Children under 13 should not submit personal information directly through the website. A parent or legal guardian must complete registrations, applications, orders, and other forms involving a minor.

By submitting information concerning a minor, you confirm that you are authorized to provide that information and consent to its use for the applicable MSA Defenders program or activity.

REGISTRATIONS AND PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

Submitting a registration, interest form, application, or inquiry does not guarantee placement, acceptance, participation, a scholarship, sponsorship, or any other benefit. Participation may be subject to availability, eligibility requirements, deadlines, payment, conduct standards, waivers, and additional program rules.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. MSA Defenders is not responsible for delays, missed communications, sizing errors, or other issues resulting from incorrect information submitted by a user.

PURCHASES AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Prices, product availability, designs, colors, and fulfillment times may change without notice. Customized merchandise is produced according to the selections and information submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizes, colors, quantities, names, numbers, spelling, artwork selections, and customization instructions before approving or submitting an order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED, except when MSA Defenders or Defenders Outfitters provides an incorrect or defective item or when otherwise required by law.

DEFENDERS OUTFITTERS REWARDS

Eligible rewards members earn one point for every eligible dollar spent. Once 250 points are earned, the member may qualify for a $10 reward toward an eligible future purchase.

Rewards have no cash value, may not be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash. MSA Defenders may correct point errors and modify or discontinue the rewards program upon reasonable notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The MSA Defenders name, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, slogans, website content, and other branded materials are owned by or licensed to MSA Defenders. They may not be copied, altered, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Submitting a Design Studio request does not grant ownership or usage rights to MSA Defenders logos or artwork.

USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

When submitting photographs, artwork, testimonials, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to provide and use that material. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing, or harmful.

MSA Defenders will obtain any separately required permission before using identifiable photographs or videos of minors for promotional purposes.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, forms, databases, or accounts.
• Submit false, fraudulent, threatening, or harmful information.
• Copy or misuse MSA Defenders branding or intellectual property.
• Upload malware or interfere with website security or operation.
• Use website content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The website may contain links to or embedded services from third parties, including payment processors, form providers, social media platforms, scheduling services, and merchandise providers. MSA Defenders does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or performance of third-party services.
